Just a short post regarding some information we obtained about three parking lot cameras that have been installed at the building occupied by the Woodlands Community Service Corporation (WCSC).
Total cost for purchase and installation of three cameras = $8,800.00

Remember the property on which the cameras were installed belongs to the Woodlands Community Association (WCA), a homeowners association. Also remember the WCA directors did not approve nor were they aware of this installation of equipment. Once again we have a private (WCSC) company using resident’s (public) funds without direct approval from the board of directors.
Now ask yourself this question. Who are these cameras benefiting? The residents/members of the homeowners association? Or, employees of a private company?
$8,800.00 would pay nearly nine families assessments for a full year.
