On February 22, 2008 the Executive Committee of The Woodlands Township Board of Directors met to discuss a board vacancy.
The vacancy was created when Les Terrance resigned in 2007 for what officially was stated as health reasons. However, it would be remiss not to mention that some individuals believe his federal indictment for involvement in a mortgage scheme may have influenced his departure.
