It is interesting to see this email supposedly from the current chairman of the Woodlands Township board, Nelda Blair, supporting Montgomery County District Attorney, Mike McDougal. It appears this email was written before the story concerning McDougal’s handling of Public Funds was televised on KHOU Channel 11’s 10:00 p.m. newscast (February 11).
It is also interesting that it appears she is trying to manipulate an on-line poll. One might imagine, as the current leader of The Woodlands, she would have more important tasks to accomplish.

I had someone contact me who claims the courier poll that is referred to in the above email allows the same person/computer to vote multiple times. I tested this from my machine and it appears it could be valid but at the time I was testing the vote count was jumping by 10 every time I refreshed the page. Therefore it is hard to tell if anyone is allowed to vote multiple times. At the very least it should tell you that it allows only one vote per person or disallows the same ip from voting more than once.
