On 02/22/2008 1820, Deputy T. McCoy made a routine traffic stop on a vehicle with expired registration and state inspection. The driver, W/F. 24, was shaking and nervous. Deputy McCoy received verbal permission to search the vehicle. The driver advised she had a syringe in her purse. The syringe and Xanax were found in the purse. Driver was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance, M/A.

On 02/24/2008, 2154, Deputy M. Beasley responded to a robbery call in the 1400 block of Sawdust Road. A vehicle was stopped matching the description given and three black male passengers ran from the vehicle. The driver was detained and Deputy D. Johnson detained one of the males running from the vehicle. The complainants advised three black males approached them and pointed pistols and took their property. The complainants’ property was identified and the males were arrested for Aggravated Robbery Displaying Deadly Weapon X 2, F/1.

Deputy J. Walker was dispatched to the 3400 block of Tangle Brush on 02/22/2008, 2325 hours. Deputy Walker met with B/M, 39, who advised he had an argument with his girlfriend. Subject was nervous. He was asked if he had any weapons or drugs. He stated no. After verbal consent to search, Deputy Walker found a bottle containing cocaine in the suspect’s pocket. Suspect was arrested for Possession of Controlled Substance, SJF.

On 02/23/2008, 0808, Deputy J. Corn answered a welfare check call in the 25000 block of Grogans Mill Road. A W/M, 27, was sleeping in a vehicle with the engine running. Subject had slurred speech and unsteady balance. He was placed under arrest for Public Intoxication, M/C. While inventorying the vehicle, Hydrocodone and Alprazolam were found. Subject was also arrested for Possession Controlled Substance, F2 and Possession of a Dangerous Drug, F3.
