District 2 - Lt. Andrew Eason (South County/Woodlands)

On 01/23/08, 0358, Cpl. S. Spiller and Deputy W. Neal responded to a welfare check in the 25000 block of Grogans Mill Road. Deputies made contact with a male subject who appeared to be unsteady, with a fixed stare and slurred speech. After being placed in custody for Public Intoxication, M/C, a search of the W/M, 18, was conducted and Xanax was found in his pocket. He was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance, M/A.

On 01/26/08, 2254, Deputy. J. P. Gonzales and Deputy K. Christensen were dispatched to a welfare concern in the 300 block of Valley Wood Drive. Upon arrival, contact was made with three subjects. The three subjects were arrested for Public Intoxication, M/C. One subject, W/F, 19, was also charged with Possession of Marijuana, M/B.

On 01/28/2008, 1930, Deputy M. Uber conducted a traffic stop and it was determined that the vehicle was reported stolen. The driver was arrested for Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle, SJF and Theft, F3.

District 6 - Lt. Tom Ray (Town Center)

On 01/24/08, 1822, Deputy S. Spencer was dispatched to 9200 Grogans Mill Road, in reference to an assault. After speaking with two white females, it was determined an assault had occurred and a Class C Assault citation was issued to a white female, 47. The subject became upset and tore the citation into several pieces. The female was arrested for Assault, M/C and Tampering with a Government Record, M/A.

W/M = White Male
W/F = White Female
M/A = Class A Misdemeanor - Punishable by a fine not to exceed $4,000 and/or a maximum of one year in jail.
M/B = Class B Misdemeanor - Punishable by a fine not to exceed $2,000 and/or a maximum of 180 days in jail.
M/C = Class C Misdemeanor - Punishable by a fine not to exceed $500.
SJF = State Jail Felony - Punishable by a fine not to exceed $10,000 and/or confinement in state jail for 180 days to 2 years.
F3 = 3rd Degree Felony - Punishable by a fine not to exceed $10,000 and/or confinement in state jail for 2 to 10 years.
