Just a short post regarding some information we obtained about three parking lot cameras that have been installed at the building occupied by the Woodlands Community Service Corporation (WCSC).
Total cost for purchase and installation of three cameras = $8,800.00
Click here to see the documentation.
Remember the property on which the cameras were installed belongs to the Woodlands Community Association (WCA), a homeowners association. Also remember the WCA directors did not approve nor were they aware of this installation of equipment. Once again we have a private (WCSC) company using resident’s (public) funds without direct approval from the board of directors.
Now ask yourself this question. Who are these cameras benefiting? The residents/members of the homeowners association? Or, employees of a private company?
$8,800.00 would pay nearly nine families assessments for a full year.

$8800.00 is a drop in the bucket for the WCSC since they answer to no one. I assume it’s the bset money can buy.
The WCSC probably spent more than $8,800.00 last month on food.
What is the purpose of the cameras? Does someone sit there and watch all the nothing that is going on?
Can I request to see the video of the lady sitting in her car that the DSC was scared of?
