Let the Games Begin…err Continue

We recently asked for, “a copy of the Community Report/GM Report presented at the July 11, 2007 Woodlands Community Association meeting.”

The reply to this request stated, “[i] have research[ed] your request and found that there was no General Manager’s Report given at the July 11, 2007 Woodlands Community Association [WCA], Inc., meeting.”

This is interesting given the General Manager’s report is listed as an item on the July 11, 2007 WCA meeting agenda.

This claim is also interesting once one watches this videotape of Don Norrell, General Manager of the Woodlands Community Service Corporation (WCSC) giving the ‘Phantom’ General Manager’s Report at the July 11, 2007 WCA meeting.
