Traffic Cameras

The links listed under the headings 'Research Forest Cameras' and 'Woodlands Parkway Cameras' are direct links to the fixed traffic cameras located at the associated intersections. These cameras were randomly chosen cameras throughout the system.

The county's web-site now has its map based live video feeds up and running.

The camera pictured below is one of the PTZ (pan, tilt,zoom) cameras that are installed at many of the local intersection. These are the spherical looking cameras were the bottom portion of the sphere is made of glass. These cameras can be manipulated remotely to view different areas of each intersection.

I didn't know these cameras were there. I'm glad, I live in panther creek and people go through red lights ALL the time, I hope this will put an end to this.Work At Home Mom
